Puget-Théniers (Lo Puget Tenier in Provençal) is a French commune located in the department of Alpes-Maritimes in the region Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur.
Puget-Théniers is a southern city gathered at the confluence of Roudoule and Var. It is located in the middle Var valley, about 55 kilometers from Nice. The territory of the municipality lies between 320 m and 1450 m(at the top of Gourdan). The town is crossed from west to east by the Var.
